Majuba prepares for Giant ExploreTech collaboration

Giant Mining (CSE:BFG) has expanded its collaboration with Exploration Technologies (ExploreTech) to deploy its Inverter and Driller Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platforms to enhance drill targeting at the Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Pershing County, Nevada.

Using the same technologies that brought the company’s MBH-036 hole into unseen mineralisation, Giant will use the Inverter and Driller platforms at the expanded northern and eastern targets at Majuba Hill.

Giant first employed AI-driven programs to Majuba Hill in September this year to leverage a porphyry-driven, magmatic-hydrothermal breccia model, as reported by Mining.com.au.

The company intends to better define the scale of the project’s mineralised system in the next stage of exploration, following on from copper intercepts uncovered in 2024-2025 drilling.

In July 2025, Mining.com.au reported intercepts from Majuba Hill to feature 152.4m @ 0.21% copper from 368.8 to 521.2m, including 50.3m @ 0.24% copper from 390.1 to 440.4m; and 62.5m @ 0.27% copper from 458.7 to 521.2m.

Giant Mining CEO David Greenway says the company is focused on building momentum at Majuba Hill.

“With some of our strongest intercepts to date and advanced AI-supported targeting, we are confident the ongoing work is improving our understanding of the system and advancing Majuba Hill toward potential resource definition,” Greenway says.

“This program is about unlocking value — and we believe we are just getting started.”

ExploreTech cofounder and President Tyler Hall says the parties intend to further clarify and bring precision to exploration targets by implementing the inverter and driller platforms.

“The results at Majuba Hill demonstrate how technology can accelerate understanding of complex mineral systems and help companies like Giant Mining make smarter, faster drilling decisions,” Hall says.
