Giant Mining extends Majuba Hill’s breccia zone

Giant Mining (CSE:BFG) has extended the mineralised breccia zone at the Majuba Hill Porphyry Copper-Silver-Gold Project in the US, after receiving further results from its most recent drilling program.

Results confirm strong breccia controls and “high-grade” copper mineralisation, while also correlating with intercepts previously identified in two core holes.

Giant Mining, which is also listed on the OTC Markets (OTC:BFGFF), and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRA:YW5), says the geological interpretation also outline a large, distinct copper-mineralised breccia body at Majuba Hill.

Some of the results include 152.4m @ 0.21% copper from 368.8 to 521.2m, including 50.3m @ 0.24% copper from 390.1 to 440.4m; and 62.5m @ 0.27% copper from 458.7 to 521.2m.

CEO David Greenway says the results are considered “positive” and continue to confirm the scale and continuity of breccia-hosted copper mineralisation at Majuba Hill.

“With copper emerging as a national security priority under the current US administration, and Nevada ranked as the number one mining jurisdiction in the US, the stars are aligning for Giant Mining,” Greenway says.

“We’re fully funded for the next phase of drilling, and our team – led by Buster Hunsaker – is eager to launch phase two. We’re incredibly proud of the work accomplished so far and excited about what lies ahead as we advance our mission to help reshore America’s copper supply.”

The Majuba Hill Project, located in Nevada and northeast Reno, shows indications of a potentially large copper, silver, and gold mineralised body with many features in common with large porphyry copper, silver, and gold projects.
