Iltani Resources (ASX:ILT) reports ‘high-grade’ silver-indium-zinc intercepts from infill drilling at its Orient Silver-Indium Project in North Queensland.
The company has received assay results from 16 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes at Orient West, with two holes returning intercepts exceeding 1,000 grams per tonne silver equivalent (AgEq).
Hole ORR208 intersected 10m @ 308g/t AgEq from 66m, comprising 110g/t silver (Ag), 29g/t indium (In), 2.3% lead (Pb), and 2.1% zinc (Zn).
Within the same hole, 3m graded 974g/t AgEq comprising 353g/t Ag, 94g/t In, 7.3% Pb, and 6.3% Zn, including 1m @ 1,932g/t AgEq comprising 687g/t Ag, 192g/t In, 13.3% Pb, and 13.6% Zn from 66m.
ORR210 returned 19m @ 343g/t AgEq comprising 111g/t Ag, 67g/t In, 2.0% Pb, and 2.6% Zn from 114m, including 8m @ 764g/t AgEq (251g/t Ag, 156g/t In, 4.3% Pb, and 5.7% Zn) from 115m; and 2m @ 2,561g/t AgEq (839g/t Ag, 550g/t In, 14.0% Pb, and 19.3% Zn) from 120m.

“Results from ORR208 and ORR210 continue to demonstrate the tenor and thickness of Orient West mineralisation,” Managing Director Donald Garner says.
“The quality of these intercepts speaks directly to the strength and continuity of the system, reinforcing our view that there is clear potential to both upgrade and extend the current Orient West mineral resource.”
An additional 11 holes delivered further intercepts, including 22m @ 127g/t AgEq (26g/t Ag, 41g/t In, 0.6% Pb, and 1.2% Zn) from 46m in ORR198, and 18m @ 154g/t AgEq (47g/t Ag, 24g/t In, 1.1% Pb, and 1.1% Zn) from 80m in ORR200.
The 110-hole program is scheduled for completion this month. Iltani will then update the Orient mineral resource estimate, targeted for the December quarter, ahead of a Scoping Study in early 2027.
The company plans further drilling at Orient before the wet season to follow up mineralisation outside the current resource areas. The project hosts a mineral resource of 62.5 million tonnes at 81.5g/t AgEq, containing 45.9 million ounces of AgEq.
