CGN Resources lines up fresh drilling at Leonora

Gold for Christmas? CGN Resources is hoping the drill bit delivers an early present!

CGN Resources (ASX:CGR) is gearing up for another round of drilling at its Leonora gold projects in Western Australia, with ‘high-grade’ historic hits at Pelican and fresh gold discoveries at Christmas Well firmly in its sights.

Managing Director and CEO Stan Wholley has the latest:

  • Pelican’s golden past: Historical drilling returned up to 9m @ 20.2 grams per tonne gold (Au), with CGN preparing to test extensions along strike and at depth
  • Christmas Well follow-up: Drilling at Rocky Mountain Oyster intersected 5m @ 2.5g/t Au, opening the door to further testing
  • The Christmas countdown: A 2,400m drilling program planned for November, with assay results potentially arriving in December

About the guest and company:
Stan Wholley is the managing director and CEO of CGN Resources, a Western Australian exploration company targeting gold, copper, nickel, and critical metals. Its Leonora portfolio includes the Christmas Well and Panhandle projects, where the company is pursuing gold discoveries through modern geological interpretation and targeted drilling.
