Kodiak Copper (TSX-V:KDK) has increased its private placement offering to C$13.1 million ($13.18 million) due to strong investor demand.
The upsized offering consists of up to 8.34 million charity flow-through shares priced at C$1.271 each for gross proceeds of approximately C$10.6 million, and up to 3.05 million common shares at C$0.82 each for gross proceeds of approximately C$2.5 million.
As previously reported by Mining.com.au, Kodiak announced an initial C$10 million private placement, which the company has now upsized to C$13.1 million due to strong demand.
Paradigm Capital acts as lead agent and sole bookrunner, with a 15% over-allotment option exercisable up to 48 hours before closing.
Kodiak will use the net proceeds from the common shares for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Flow-through proceeds will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenses at the company’s British Columbia projects by 31 December 2027.
The offering is expected to close on or about 25 June 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, including TSX-V acceptance.
Kodiak Coppper’s flagship asset is the 100%-owned MPD copper-gold porphyry project in British Columbia’s Quesnel Terrane, which published an initial Mineral Resource Estimate in 2025 outlining seven deposits across the property.
