Total Metals (TSX‑V:TMC) reports ‘high‑grade’ gold results from initial sampling at its Menary Gold Project in northwestern Ontario, Canada.
The company collected 83 grab samples during a six‑day mapping and sampling program, with 55% returning mineralisation.
Results include 31.7 grams per tonne gold (Au) from the Galbraith A zone, where visible gold was observed in quartz veining, along with 9.61g/t Au from the Wagg zone and 6.42g/t Au from Galbraith A.
Executive Chairman Michael Dehn says the program has validated the ‘high‑grade’ nature of the Menary property.
“Collecting 83 grab samples where over 50% were mineralised — including a standout 31.7g/t Au sample with visible gold — confirms the robust nature of this gold system,” Dehn says.
The 275.6‑hectare Menary property sits 18km northeast of Coeur Mining’s (NYSE:CDE) Rainy River gold operation. Previous operators identified four ‘high‑grade’ showings at Menary, including the Galbraith A, Wagg, New Shear, and Road zones.
TMC plans to complete a high‑resolution drone airborne magnetic survey over the property in 2026, followed by a phase two field program with additional sampling and mapping.
Total Metals is a Canadian explorer advancing a portfolio of gold and base metals projects across northwestern Ontario.
