Giant Mining touches Big Sky for Majuba Hill drilling

Giant Mining (CSE:BFG) has engaged Big Sky Exploration for a maiden core diamond drilling program at the Majuba Hill Project in Nevada, US.

Big Sky, which operates throughout the western US, provided high-quality core drilling services at Majuba Hill in 2024 and 2025. The company has made the required advance payment to ensure a timely start for phase one of the core drill program.

As previously reported, Giant Mining is conducting a 10,000 feet multi-phased program which will be guided by over 100 previous drill holes across 89,000 feet of drilling and includes input from RESPEC Engineering.

Reviews of the previous results have uncovered numerous mineralised breccia bodies. Drill intercepts returned elevated copper and silver values, as well as intervals of anomalous gold.

CEO David Greenway says with a refined geological model, secured funding, and a clearly defined drill strategy, the company is positioned to advance systematic exploration at the project.

“Majuba Hill is a US-based copper and critical metals project aligned with the White House’s focus on strengthening domestic critical mineral supply chains and enhancing US resource security,” Greenway says.

“Our team is focused on disciplined execution of the 2026 drill program as we continue to evaluate the broader potential of the system.”

Majuba Hill is an exploration-stage asset that Giant Mining believes that discovery-stage exploration and drill programs provide a technically sound framework for advancing the project.

Giant Mining is focused on identifying, acquiring, and advancing late-stage copper and copper-silver-gold projects to meet the growing demand for critical minerals.
