Titomic (ASX:TTT) has secured four new contracts worth US$534,00 ($759,873) across the US defence, research, and energy sectors through its wholly owned subsidiary Titomic USA.
The contracts include an advanced coatings study and testing program for a tier-one defence prime, a TKF 623 system, a TKF 523 system, and a TKF 523 tactical system.
The program includes deposition and mechanical testing of titanium alloy, high-strength steel, aluminium alloy, and wear-resistant coating systems, targeted for completion by the end of November 2026.
Titomic USA has also secured an order from a major global energy technology company for a TKF 623 medium-pressure cold spray system, scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026.
The awards include the sale of a TKF 523 system to an energy and defence company, and a contract from a US defence research organisation for a TKF 523 tactical configuration, with delivery targeted by the end of November 2026.
With these latest wins, Titomic has secured nine new orders in the US totalling US$6 million in just four weeks.
CEO Jim Simpson says the new orders reinforce the commercial momentum the company is seeing in the US and demonstrate the diversity of its addressable markets.
“Importantly, our growth is extending beyond individual system sales into research, testing, coatings, and application development, creating multiple pathways for customers to adopt Titomic technology for build and repair,” Simpson says.
Titomic is an advanced manufacturing company specialising in integrated solutions for industrial-scale additive manufacturing, coating, and repairs via its patented kinetic fusion cold spray technology.
