The Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) has announced that registrations for its 2025 convention, held from 2-5 March, have opened.
PDAC is a strong advocate for the mineral exploration and development industry, which employs more than 665,000 individuals and contributed $125 billion to Canada’s GDP in 2021.
Next year’s event will take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and will feature a trade show with more than 1,100 exhibitors.
President Raymond Goldie says with more than 600,000 square feet of exhibits and networking opportunities, PDAC 2025 will bring together the world’s most influential industry leaders.
“This year’s convention emphasises advancement in mineral exploration and mining technology, sustainability, and shaping the future of mining by strengthening partnerships with students and Indigenous communities,” Goldie says.
Building on 2024’s event, which brought almost 27,000 attendees from 138 countries, the 93rd annual convention will offer opportunities for collaboration, learning, and innovation in the mining sector.
