Onyx Gold Munro-Croesus Gold Project in Ontario, Canada

Argus North widens Onyx’s gold horizon

Onyx Gold (TSX-V:ONYX) has extended the Argus North gold zone to more than 700m vertical depth at its Munro-Croesus Project in Ontario, Canada.

The company reported results from 17 drill holes at the project, located 75km east of Timmins. Standout results from the program returned 3.5 grams per tonne gold (Au) over 28.1m, including 5.3g/t over 17.8m.

Drilling has now intersected Argus North from near surface to more than 700m vertical depth, with the zone remaining open at depth and along strike.

At Argus Main, three deeper holes continued to intersect broad gold mineralisation, including 1g/t Au over 93m in hole MC26-324.

Approximately 250m to the northeast, first-pass drilling intersected 2.6g/t Au over 7.3m in a previously undrilled area.

Additional highlights from Argus North include hole MC26-271, which returned 3.5g/t Au over 19m, including 8.3g/t Au over 6.6m and 24.3g/t Au over 1.0m.

Hole MC26-324 finished in strong mineralisation, returning up to 19.3g/t Au over 0.7m in the final 4m and ending in 1.4g/t Au over the last metre.

“Today’s results demonstrate that both Argus North and Argus Main continue to grow with depth while maintaining the broad, continuous style of mineralisation that has become characteristic of the system,” CEO Brock Colterjohn says.

The northeast target area shows expanding potential for the Argus trend. Drilled 250m northeast of Argus Main, hole MC26-316 returned 2.6g/t Au over 7.3m, including 8.8g/t Au over 1.5m.

Onyx has completed 188 drill holes totalling approximately 75,000m to date, with approximately 35,000m remaining to be drilled in 2026.

The company operates four diamond drill rigs, with an anticipated end to the 110,000m program by year-end.

The Argus Gold System demonstrates strong continuity of gold mineralisation over a total strike length of approximately 1,400m. Vertically, Argus exceeds 700m, remaining open along strike, down-dip, and down-plunge.
