Jindalee Lithium (ASX:JLL) intends to list its McDermitt Lithium Project, located 35km from Thacker Pass in Nevada, on a US market exchange through its wholly owned subsidiary, HiTech Minerals.
This transaction intends to merge HiTech and Constellation Acquisition Corp, creating US Elemental as the merged company.
A business combination agreement (BCA) is expected to be finalised in January 2026.
Jindalee CEO Ian Rodger says the company is delighted to see McDermitt listed on a US exchange via the US Elemental entity.
“Drafting of the BCA is well advanced, marketing of US Elemental to investors is now underway and we look forward to providing further updates as the transaction advances,” Rodger says.
HiTech is the whole owner of the McDermitt Lithium Project in Nevada.
