Euro Manganese enters Integrals offtake term sheet

Euro Manganese (ASX:EMN) has entered into an offtake term sheet with UK-based Integrals Power for the sale of high-purity manganese sulphate from the Chvaletice Manganese Project in the Czech Republic.

Both companies will partner to support the use of Euro Manganese’s battery-grade high-purity manganese sulphate monohydrate (HPMSM) in Integrals Power’s lithium manganese iron phosphate (LMFP) cathode material for use in batteries for electric vehicles, grid-scale storage, defence and other applications.

Euro Manganese, which has a market capitalisation of $28.56 million, says an initial testwork program will determine the compatibility of its HPMSM with Integrals Power’s production process.

The performance of the resulting LMFP cathode material will begin in Q3 2025.

Completion of this work will pre-qualify Euro Manganese’s HPMSM as a feedstock for Integrals Power’s LMFP cathode and the supply chain served by this new technology and potentially lead to further collaboration.

As part of the term sheet, deliveries are expected to begin from first commercial production for an initial seven-year term. The company notes there is an option to renew for an additional four-years.

CEO Martina Blahova says Integrals Power’s innovative cathode materials are at the forefront of the global transition towards safe, sustainable, and cost-effective battery solutions.

“We look forward to supplying fully traceable, responsibly produced products that enhance energy efficiency and drive emissions reduction,” Blahova says.

Integrals Power CEO Benham Hormozi says the collaboration with Euro Manganese is a step forward in securing a supply of high-purity manganese — a key ingredient in LMFP cathode materials.

“This partnership enhances Integrals Power’s ability to scale cathode production sustainably while supporting the growing demand for high-performance battery technologies across UK and Europe,” Hormozi says.

Integrals Power is a battery technology company focused on accelerating research, development, and commercialisation of the state-of-the-art battery.

Euro Manganese is a battery materials company focused on becoming a producer of manganese for the EV industry.
