Dark Star Minerals (CSE:BATT) has completed the acquisition of the Bleasdell Project in Saskatchewan in Canada, by issuing the final 1.5 million shares listed in the sale agreement.
Shares hold an offer price of C$0.06, issued to two arms length vendors in exchange for a whole stake in the project. Securities will go under a statutory hold for four months and one day.
Vendors have been granted a 2% net smelter royalty over goods produced from the Bleasdell Project.
As reported by Mining.com.au, Dark Star entered an amended agreement with Evan Bell and David Langlais relating to the sale agreement.

“This achievement represents a significant step forward in our strategy to build a robust pipeline of critical mineral assets,” Branson says.
