Dark Star amends Bleasdell Project deal

Dark Star Minerals (CSE:BATT) has entered into an amended agreement with Evan Bell and David Langlais, regarding a purchase and sale agreement for the Bleasdell Project in Canada.

Under the amended deal, Dark Star will pay C$200,000 ($220,291) to the vendors in three staged payments with the first payment totalling C$25,000.

Dark Star will issue 6.5 million shares to the vendors, as well as grant a 2% net smelter return royalty on the project.

CEO Marc Branson says the Bleasdell Project represents a step forward in the company’s strategy to build a robust pipeline of critical mineral assets.

“We look forward to advancing its development,” Branson says.

The Bleasdell Lake Project has seen extensive historical exploration, highlighted by the discovery of a uranium deposit. A total of 620,700 pounds of triuranium octoxide was historically delineated through an intensive drilling program.

Dark Star Minerals is focused on advancing Canada’s uranium and critical mineral resources for a sustainable energy future.
