Five rigs drilling. Kilometres of potential. A mountain of assays waiting in the wings!
Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) is charging ahead at its Southwest PGE-copper-nickel discovery within the Dante Project in Western Australia, where the mineralised system now extends more than 1.35km along strike.
Chief Development Officer Ben Hammond joins us from IMARC 2026 in Sydney to discuss the scale of the discovery, the race towards a maiden mineral resource estimate (MRE), and the next big milestones.
Key topics discussed:
- Five rigs turning: An extensive drilling campaign is defining a mineralised system that remains open for expansion
- A growing discovery: Southwest extends more than 1.35km along strike, with mineralised thicknesses reaching approximately 400m
- Assays stacking up: Results are pending for around 40,000m of drilling, with a maiden MRE targeted for early 2027
- Metallurgy in motion: Cleaner flotation trials are underway, with results expected to inform future development studies.
