St-Georges Eco-Mining (CSE:SX) Chairman Frank Dumas says the company is undergoing “meaningful” changes, following an annual general meeting voting for company directors.
“These transitions are complex, and in certain cases, the confidentiality obligations tied to commercial agreements make it difficult for external observers to fully assess progress in real time,” Dumas says.
“While this can create uncertainty, it does not reflect a lack of momentum or direction.”
On the battery recycling and processing initiative in particular, Dumas says the company has come a long way.
“Many participants in this sector have exited or failed. We remain active and committed,” the Chairman notes.
“Staying on course in an emerging sector is not accidental; it is the result of persistence, learning, and adaptation.”
In mid-November 2025, St-Georges refined the geological model of its Manicouagan Project in Québec, Canada. Samples returned results up to 2.28% nickel, 0.37% copper, 0.17% cobalt, as well as 0.81 grams per tonne palladium and 0.55g/t platinum.
The company intends to request for permission to conduct deep drilling to follow-up on the results, as well as conduct ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys. Trenching and channel sampling will follow shortly after.
St-Georges Eco-Mining develops new technologies and holds a diversified portfolio of assets and patent-pending intellectual property within several highly prospective subsidiaries.
