FCR Resources Day

FCR Resources Day highlights Australian investment opportunities

FCR, a member of Strategic Public Relations Group (SPRG), is bringing back FCR Resources Day Hong Kong on 16 September 2026 at the Conrad Hotel, showcasing Australian junior resource investment opportunities.

FCR is a strategic consultancy, public relations, and investor relations firm; and through its Hong Kong resources day, is focused on bringing the Australian junior market together with Hong Kong-based investors.

Head of Investor Relations Robert Williams says that the event is an opportunity for Hong Kong-based investors to engage directly with management teams, hear from experienced industry leaders, and potentially identify emerging investment opportunities across gold, silver copper, and other commodities.

“We’re seeing Asian investors looking closely at resources again, not only through listed equities, but increasingly through M&A and strategic opportunities. At the same time, many Australian resources companies are looking to Asia for capital, but don’t necessarily know how to reach the right investors on the ground,” Williams says.

“While the event is in Hong Kong, we’re also bringing investors from mainland China and beyond to meet the Australian companies. Asian capital isn’t one market, and investors across the region have different mandates, interests, and ways of approaching resources opportunities.

“We believe that direct dialogue is how companies start to understand where the right fit may be.”

Warwick Grigor, Chairman of Far East Capital, is opening the event, bringing his decades of experience in picking and evaluating juniors and providing an inside look at what makes a junior stand out in this market.

Companies in attendance include West Wits Mining (ASX:WWI), Manuka Resources (ASX:MKR), Flagship Minerals (ASX:FLG), and APC Spatium Royalties.

The day will close with a keynote address by John Zhang, Director & Deputy General Manager of Xinhai Mining, highlighting the work of Xinhai in accelerating project development.

FCR Resources Day is supported by the Asia Mining Club.

Mining.com.au is a media partner for the event and will be in attendance.
