Emerging rare earths developer ABx Group (ASX:ABX) is in the midst of assembling a series of pieces to connect the company across the rare earths supply chain.
CEO Dr Mark Cooksey details to Shae Russell about the meetings he held during a visit to Washington DC, and how ABx assembling the links in chain as it seeks to produce a mixed rare earth carbonate enriched in dysprosium and terbium – the two heavy rare earths with the highest value and most acute supply risk.
“I’ve come to Washington for a conference, but this afternoon I went to the Australian Embassy to meet with key trade and industry officials, get them really up to date with the ABx rare earths project and discuss its prospects and what assistance we can give to the project,” Cooksey says.
