Resolution to expedite development via Nasdaq listing

Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML) is seeking to list on the Nasdaq, as part of its dual-listing strategy, following the appointment of Dominari Securities and Revere Securities as its advisors.

The dual-listing process comes as Resolution seeks to expedite the development of its Horse Heaven Antimony-Tungsten-Gold-Silver Project in Idaho, US.

The listing is expected to occur during Q4 2025.

Listing on the Nasdaq will give Resolution access to deeper capital markets as the stock market represents 70% of the US equity trading volume. The listing will also provide the company with exposure to US investors, while also aligning with its US strategic interest.

Resolution, which has a market capitalisation of $52.76 million, is positioned to enter the biggest liquidity capital market globally and at a time of heightened interest in antimony and tungsten.

Managing Director Ari Zaetz says Dominari and Revere will leverage their extensive networks and relationships to assist with the listing.

“Their support for our plans and vision to restore the US critical metals supply chain is extremely encouraging,” Zaetz says.

The advisors will prepare and schedule roadshows for the company, sponsor investors, and assist the sponsors by preparing an analysis of the target landscape to reach potential investors, funders, partners, institutions, and any professional firms interested in or involved in the listing.

The Horse Heaven Project covers 5,644 hectares and is home to numerous past-producing antimony, tungsten and gold mines. The project has several high-priority target areas including the Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge prospects.
