Rackla Metals (TSX-V:RAK) has appointed geoscientist Claudine Lee to its advisory committee to help develop its Indigenous partnership strategy and permitting framework for its northern critical mineral assets.
Lee brings over 20 years of mining experience in northern Canada, including 10 of years at the Ekati diamond mine, where she managed Indigenous benefit agreements and relationships with territorial and federal authorities.
She also served as vice president of corporate social responsibility at Canadian Zinc from February 2021, where she negotiated and implemented impact benefit agreements and environmental, social, and governance programs.
The newly minted advisor holds a Master of Geology/Environmental Geochemistry degree from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, and is registered as a professional geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.
