Nine Mile Metals (CSE:NINE) is now listed on the OTCID Basic Market under the ticker symbol ‘VMSXF’ to advance access to US-based investors.
The company began trading on the OTCID on 27 May 2026, while continuing to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The new listing also intends to enhance transparency through consistent, ongoing financial disclosure, as well as complete an annual management certification.
Director Jonathan Holmes says the company is pleased to strengthen its capital markets strategy through trading on the OTCID.
“This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency and strong corporate governance,” Holmes says.
“This allows US investors to research and trade Nine Mile shares at a time when we are actively advancing our 10,000m Wedge drill program and our portfolio of high-grade copper and critical minerals projects in the Bathurst Mining Camp.
“We believe broader access and enhanced visibility in the US market will support a larger, more diversified shareholder base and greater liquidity for the benefit of all shareholders.”
Nine Mile Metals is a Canadian critical minerals explorer focused on a diverse range of metals in North America.
