Many Peaks strengthens board team

Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) has appointed Matthew Scully as COO and Executive director, effective from 1 November 2025, as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its leadership team.

The company says Scully’s appointment complements the existing geological and financing skills sets across board and management.

Scully has technical and operational expertise, with over two decades of experience of managing feasibility studies, project development, and operational experience in the minerals sector.

He previously served as project director at West African Resources (ASX:WAF) and advanced the development of the Kiaka Gold Project in Burkina Faso. In addition, Scully managed the development of Perseus Mining’s (ASX:PRU) Sissingué Yaouré gold projects in Côte d’Ivoire.

Prior to joining Perseus, Scully held the role of group manager of projects with Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN).

Managing Director Travis Schwertfeger says Scully’s expertise, experience in Feasibility Study and project development honed through his work across several West African projects, makes him an ideal addition to advance the Ferké Gold Project.

The Ferké Project, covering 300km2, lies on the eastern margin of the Daloa greenstone belt at the intersection of major regional scale shear zones in Côte d’Ivoire.

Many Peaks Minerals is a gold and copper explorer focused on its portfolio of projects in West Africa.
