Many Peaks delivers ‘high-grade’ gold at Ferké

Many Peaks Minerals’ (ASX:MPK) drilling campaign at the Ferké Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire has delivered a series of ‘high-grade’ gold intercepts as the company set to expand its current drilling campaign.

Results from the most recent campaign across 11 diamond drillholes of extensional and infill drilling include an intercept of 84.8m at 3.01 grams per tonne gold, including 7.5m at 9.27g/t, from 295.8m downhole.

The latest drilling extends mineralisation to more than 300m vertically supporting an expansion of the drilling campaign to 18,500m with two drill rigs currently active on site.

The drilling campaign is now up from 6,000m initially planned in April where the company in the last six months has drilled 55 diamond holes totaling 16,500m.

Many Peaks is currently awaiting assay results from 21 holes, along with samples from 58 reverse circulation holes totaling 6,673m, expected in the coming weeks.

The company’s drilling work will continue to focus on the mineralised corridor within the Ferké Gold Project.
