Global Lithium Resources’ (ASX:GL1) CFO and company secretary Kevin Hart has retired, effective immediately.
The company has appointed Daniel Coletta to take Hart’s place. Coletta is an experienced chartered secretary and CFO, specialising in providing secretariat, governance, finance and corporate advisory services.
He is also a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
Global Lithium is a diversified Western Australian lithium explorer and developer with multiple assets in key lithium branded jurisdictions. The company is focused on the Manna Project in the Goldfields region and the Marble Bar Project in the Pilbara region.
As previously reported, Global Lithium submitted a mining development and closure plan for the Manna Project, which allows the company to de-risk and advance the project towards a final investment decision.
The proposal has a full mine closure strategy that aligns with environmental stewardship.
