Errawarra ready to drill at Elizabeth Hill

Errawarra Resources (ASX:ERW) will commence a drilling program at its Elizabeth Hills Silver Project in Western Australia after surface sampling results returned multiple elevated portable x-ray fluorescence (pXRF) silver readings.

The Elizabeth Hill precinct readings include results up to 920 grams per tonne silver, with 37 samples returning results greater than 50g/t silver from areas 150m south and 300m north of the historical mine site.

Samples are currently undergoing further analytical testing, with results expected in six to eight weeks.

Errawarra is planning to complete additional surface sampling as well as metal detector surveys to identify more material in the vicinity.

Executive Director Bruce Garlick says these values will shift the company’s focus to determining the potential for extensions to known mineralisation in these areas.

“The identification of high-grade silver values in areas north and south of the historic mine presents compelling new targets,” Garlick says.

“Coupled with our upcoming drilling program, due to commence in the coming weeks, this again highlights the significant exploration potential at Elizabeth Hill.”

Errawarra has acquired 70% of the Elizabeth Hill Silver Project and surrounding tenements spanning 180km2.

Meanwhile, the company has partnered with Alien Metals (LSE:UFO) on its Pinderi Hills Project in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia to develop its reach in an emerging lithium province, as reported by Mining.com.au.

Errawarra Resources is an exploration company focusing on the development of silver, gold, and critical minerals across Western Australia.
