Eclipse

Eclipse Metals to come onto US market

Eclipse Metals (ASX:EPM) is pursuing a dual listing on the Nasdaq market, as part of its strategy to enhance global visibility and accessibility to North American investors.

The Nasdaq lists over 3,000 companies with a total market value of more than US$30 trillion ($46 trillion), drawing investors and growth-focused funds from around the world.

Eclipse Metals, which has a market capitalisation of $102 million, says the listing can support collaboration with US-based organisations in project finance, offtake, and technology development.

The company has engaged specialist advisors, including US legal and financial experts, to guide the application process.

Eclipse is focused on its wholly owned Ivigtût Project and Grønnedal projects located in southwest Greenland. Ivigtût is considered prospective for rare earths, which the company says strengthens its position in the critical minerals sector.

The company’s project portfolio also includes more than 8,000km2 of tenements in the Northern Territory and Queensland.

Eclipse Metals is a multi-commodity explorer and developer, with a focus particularly on manganese, uranium, gold, vanadium, and other precious metals.
