Verity verifies Frankfurt Stock Exchange trading

Verity Resources (ASX:VRL) has begun trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE) under the ticker symbol 48B0, as part of the company’s dual listing strategy.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is the world’s third oldest and 12th largest stock exchange by market capitalisation. It is also the largest of the seven stock exchanges in Germany.

Verity says the listing comes at a time of growing European focus on critical raw materials and gold exposure, particularly as geopolitical and supply chain dynamics drive renewed urgency around resource security.

The company adds that the European investor base typically resonates with Africa-based projects due to the closer proximity. This favours Verity’s Botswana Copper-Silver project, as well as its other nickel-copper-platinum group elements-cobalt-gold assets.

Director Patrick Volpe says listing on the FSE marks a “major” step in broadening the investor network across Europe.

“Verity offers exposure to a globally diversified portfolio across gold, critical minerals, and precious metals — all aligned with Europe’s strategic material needs,” Volpe says.

“Our projects in Western Australia, Brazil, and Botswana position us well to capitalise on the evolving global resource landscape and growing European capital interest.

“We see this as a real opportunity to realise the true value of our asset portfolio with access to the European markets, and we look forward to introducing the company to European investors and industry players.”

Verity Resources is a mineral explorer focused on precious and critical minerals across Australia, Brazil, and Botswana.
