Venari completes unmarketable parcel share sale

Venari Minerals (ASX:VMS) has completed the unmarketable parcel share sale facility that was announced on 6 February 2026, with Chairman Tony Leibowitz acquiring 300,000 shares from the total 518,859 shares sold.

The facility was extended to the holders of unmarketable parcels, enabling them to sell their shares without incurring any brokerage or handling fees that would otherwise render the sales uneconomic.

Based on Venari’s closing price of $.013 per share on 12 December 2025, a shareholding of 3,846 ordinary shares or less constituted an unmarketable parcel. The facility included 665,061 shares in unmarketable parcels held by 1,203 shareholders.

Payment from the facility sale proceeds will be made to each participating facility shareholder within the next 14 days, as set out in the terms and conditions of the facility.

Venari Minerals is a diversified mineral exploration company focused primarily on lithium, gold, and silver in the US.

The company is attending the RIU Explorers Conference in Freemantle, Western Australia, held from 17-19 February 2026.
