Snow Lake Energy (NASDAQ:LITM) has completed due diligence on Global Uranium and Enrichment (ASX:GUE) and its assets, including the Pine Ridge Uranium Project.
As part of the proposed acquisition, Global Uranium received binding commitments to raise $10 million through a conditional placement, which includes Snow Lake’s subscription of circa $5.8 million.
This remains subject to shareholder approval scheduled for a 14 April 2025 meeting.
The placement is then expected to settle on 17 April.
Global Uranium says meanwhile, it is well advanced in the preparation of its exploration activities at the Pine Ridge Uranium Project with further updates in the coming weeks.

Pine Ridge is located in the Powder River Basin, Wyoming which is widely recognised for its favourable geological characteristics, well-established infrastructure and long history of uranium production via in-situ recovery. ISR offers a cost-effective and environmentally responsible extraction method.
Global Uranium says the presence of existing processing facilities provides a clear pathway to production, enhancing project viability and reducing development lead times.
Neighbouring properties include the Allemand-Ross Project owned by Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE:UEC), the Reynolds Ranch Satellite to Cameco’s (NYDE:CCJ) Smith Ranch-Highland Mine, and the Lo Herma In-Situ Recovery Uranium Project owned by GTI Energy (ASX:GTR).
Snow Lake is a Nasdaq-listed, US-focused uranium and nuclear energy business.
