Moho Resources (ASX:MOH) has revealed a 4km gold anomaly at its wholly owned Silver Swan North Project in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields, 50km northeast of Kaloogoorlie.
The company is now planning a preliminary aircore drilling program to test the oxide profile and basement for a primary gold source.
This project has been traditionally explored for nickel, marking Moho’s recent soil sampling program as the first gold exploration effort, returning 4km in length by 1km in width with 10 parts per billion gold anomaly.
Higher grades returned 1.4km in length with 20 parts per billion anomalous core, as a continuation from Horizon Minerals’ (ASX:HRZ) ‘southern anomaly’, ranging between 10 to 20 parts per billion.
Meanwhile in the US, gold prices have flourished following the US Federal Reserve’s announcement to cut rates later in the year. The price saw a 3.4% advance overnight to US$3,237 ($5,052) an ounce, as reported by Mining.com.au.
Following this discovery, the company plans to test the oxide-profile and basement for gold at the Silver Swan North Project through a preliminary aircore drilling program.
Moho Resources is a mineral explorations company that specialises in the discovery of “high-quality” gold, critical minerals, and nickel at projects across Australia.
