Silver North Resources (TSX-V:SNAG) is ready to reveal new target areas for follow-up work at the Haldane Silver Project in Yukon, Canada, after completing a SkyTEM312 airborne geophysical survey.
As previously reported, the Canadian mineral explorer contracted SkyTEM Canada to conduct a survey over the project. The survey consisted of 100m-spaced flight lines with 1,000m spaced tie lines for a total of 944 line-kilometres of survey, collecting magnetics and time domain electromagnetic data.
CEO Jason Weber says the company is eagerly anticipating receiving the final data from this survey so it can include it in the 2026 drill program planning.
“With much of the drillhole location planning well underway, we anticipate that the data collected will aid in prioritising the order in which we carry out this year’s program,” Weber says.
Recently, the company signed a two-year drill contract with Boart Longyear for a fully funded 2026-2027 exploration program at Haldane. The contract involves two diamond rigs provided for the entire 2026 and 2027 field seasons.
Drilling will focus on expanding the Main Fault target. This is expected to be no later than the first week of June 2026.

Meanwhile, Silver North has received written notice from Coeur Mining terminating the Tim Property option agreement as of 24 May 2026. The termination of the option reflects Coeur’s renewed focus on the Silvertip Mine.
Weber says Coeur’s work led to the discovery that a CRD mineralising system had been active at Tim.
“We feel that there remains excellent potential to find economic concentrations of mineralisation,” he says.
“We believe that with the upcoming airborne geophysical survey at our adjacent Veronica Property, we can amalgamate our exploration approach for the two properties.”
Silver North also plans to incorporate the data from Coeur’s work and data from its programs at the Veronica Project to derive vectors to target drilling based on the combined datasets.
