Sunshine Metals (ASX:SHN) has delineated seven new conductive targets at the Coronation-Highway area of its Ravenswood Consolidated Project, delivering “exceptional” gold-in-soil grades.
Interpretation was conducted through a versatile time-domain electromagnetic (VTEM Max) survey, which was fully funded by a $228,804 grant from Queensland Government.
The survey covered an area approximately 9km2 and was designed to identify conductive anomalies and map the magnetic response of the region.
The priority anomaly is at Truncheon East, which returned elevated gold up to 8,450 parts per billion (8.45g/t gold).
Managing Director Dr Damien Keys says that the survey has “provided Sunshine with an exciting new pipeline of targets”.
“The follow-up soil assay of 8.45g/t gold at Truncheon East is a record for Sunshine and is already emerging as a compelling gold target,” Keys adds.
“We look forward to continuing the soil program and progressing assessment of remaining anomalies in field in 2026.”
Sunshine will continue sampling and reconnaissance across the remaining anomalies in 2026.
