Gold and antimony explorer Pacgold (ASX:PGO) has appointed Yugi Gouw as the company’s new CFO and joint secretary, stepping into the role immediately.
Gouw has more than 20 years of experience in senior finance and governance roles, holding a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University in Perth, majoring in accounting and finance.
He is also a qualified accountant that holds a graduate diploma of applied corporate governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
Gouw will serve alongside Suzanne Yeates as the company’s secretary up until her resignation effective 30 November 2025, also succeeding her role as CFO.
The company recently expanded its management team to assist in the restart of activities at the White Dam Gold Operation in South Australia, with the appointment of Mike Nelson as Consulting Project Director, as reported by Mining.com.au.
Pacgold is an Australian mineral explorer focused on advancing its projects in northeast Queensland, including its wholly owned Alice River Gold Project, which hosts 30km of prospective targets within an area of 377km2.
The company will be attending this year’s Noosa Mining Investor Conference, held between 12-14 November 2025, at the Peppers Noosa Resort. Mining.com.au is a media partner for this year’s event.
