North Stawell extends entitlement offer period

North Stawell Minerals (ASX:NSM) has extended the closing date of its current shareholder offer by two weeks to conclude on 25 July 2025.

The offer, a non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement, means existing shareholders are being given the opportunity to buy additional shares in proportion to what they already own—at a fixed price within a defined timeframe.

The company aims to raise $2.1 million, as part of a broader $3.6 million equity raise to expedite exploration activities at the Darlington and Lubeck Tip tenements.

GBA Capital will be acting as lead manager to the offer, which opened on 20 June at a price of $0.03 per share, representing a 6.25% discount to the closing price on 5 June 2025.

North Stawell, which has a market capitalisation of $11.66 million, says the extension comes to ensure shareholders have sufficient time to receive the entitlement offer material and participate.

Under the offer, shareholders may subscribe for two new shares for every nine shares held.

The company also recently completed a private placement, raising $1 million. Under the placement, 33.33 million shares were issued at $0.03 per share.

North Stawell Mines is an Australia-based gold explorer focused on discovering large-scale gold deposits in the Stawell Mineralised Corridor in Victoria.
