Native Mineral Resources (ASX:NMR) reports a July mill head grade of 1.09 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) at its Blackjack gold operations near Charters Towers, Queensland.
The company says the July reconciled head grade represents the highest monthly figure since it recommissioned the Blackjack processing plant in July 2025.
Official refinery settlements confirm 326.6oz of payable gold and 187.5oz of payable silver from July gold pours from a combined 670.30oz of doré.
The company’s 6 July gold pour returned 109.47oz of payable gold and 53.29 ounces of payable silver from three doré bars. Subsequent pours on 14 July and 21 July delivered 65.55oz Au and 151.56oz Au, respectively.
Native Mineral Resources completed its latest gold pour on 4 August, producing 590oz of doré across three bars with expected combined gold purity above 60%.
July throughput totalled 18,699 dry metric tonnes, down from 21,152 tonnes in June due to approximately 250 hours of downtime for primary generator replacement and planned maintenance activities.
Managing Director Blake Cannavo says July represents another important step forward for Blackjack.
“While overall throughput was temporarily impacted … the operation achieved its highest reconciled monthly mill head grade since recommissioning,” Cannavo says.
The company maintained reconciled plant recovery above 96% at 96.10%, while reconciled gold recovered increased to 629.20oz despite reduced operating hours.
Ball mill availability improved to 99% following reliability improvements, though crusher availability reduced to 78% during major maintenance work.
Operational run-of-mine inventory at 2 August totalled approximately 12,000 tonnes grading 1.39g/t Au, containing an estimated 536oz Au.
The company has now produced 3,888.2oz of payable gold and 5,359.6oz of payable silver from 10,809oz of official doré weight since July 2025.
Native Mineral Resources expects the completion of generator replacement and maintenance programs to improve plant availability through August, supporting continued weekly gold smelting operations.
Native Mineral Resources is an Australia-focused gold and base metals company, with a portfolio of projects in Queensland.
