Medallion hits share purchase plan target ahead of schedule

Medallion Metals (ASX:MM8) has announced a plan to close its share purchase plan (SPP) early, having received applications exceeding the planned $5 million.

The SPP will close at 5:00pm (AWST) on 16 January 2026 ahead of the previously planned date of 28 January 2026, with no more applications accepted after the closing date.

Medallion will also undertake a scale-back of any applications received prior to the revised closing date, in alignment with the terms of the SPP.

Medallion received a commitment for $5 million in December 2025 from Lion Selection Group, as previously reported. This was part of a broader $60 million funding initiative and the planned $5 million SPP.

Medallion is advancing the flagship Ravensthorpe Gold Project, 550km southeast of Perth.
