Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) has further extended the mineralised corridor from drilling along the northern extent of the Ouarigue resource estimate area within the Ferké Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire.
Assays have been returned from an additional 11 holes across 2,350m of diamond core drilling, with Many Peaks saying all holes returned “significant gold intercepts”.
Key intercepts include 41.5m @ 1.42 grams per tonne gold from 1.6m depth, followed by 39.8m @ 3.94g/t gold from 53.45m; 94m @ 1.43g/t gold from 170m, including 9.45m @ 2.09g/t gold and 5.4m @ 12.4g/t gold; and 42.05m @ 1.01g/t gold from 24m, followed by 55.9m @ 1.03g/t gold from 84.9m.
Many Peaks is currently progressing reverse circulation (RC) drilling at Ferké, with assays pending from 7,051m.
This ongoing campaign includes 46 RC holes for 5,131m completed on expansion drilling of the Ouarigue resource estimate area, which have been shipped for analysis, with results expected by mid-July.
The company is also completing 17 RC holes for 1,920m as part of ongoing drilling of priority targets located 2–4km south of the resource area.
Meanwhile, Many Peaks has initiated work on a Prefeasibility Study (PFS) for Ferké, with completion expected in Q4 2026.
The company is reviewing drill targets for the Ferké South permit, with RC drill tests anticipated over prioritised historical ‘high-grade’ rock chip areas following the grant of the permit, along with follow-up drilling of open mineralisation identified in historical RC results.
