Many Peaks Minerals (ASX:MPK) has identified priority drill targets at the Odienné Gold Project and commenced over 60,000m of drilling at its projects in Côte d’Ivoire.
The company has completed surface induced polarisation and gradient array (GAIP) field surveys at the Odienné Gold Project, successfully identifying anomalies that are associated with gold mineralisation.
These anomalies extend into undrilled areas at both the Zone A and Zone C prospects across the 18km mineralised Sassandra shear corridor.
Following these results, Many Peaks has initiated its planned 8,000m air core (AC) drill program to follow up on priority targets, with over 2,200m already completed from the first 90 drill holes.
The company notes that results from the AC drilling are expected in late June through to August 2026.
At Ferké, Many Peaks has mobilised a third drill rig to accelerate exploration work and has undertaken reverse circulation (RC) drilling alongside two diamond core rigs.
Drilling at Ferké is targeting down-dip and strike expansions alongside additional delineation of the interim Ouarigue mineral resource estimate (MRE), which was previously reported.
The company is planning an updated MRE with increases in tonnage and resource confidence, which will underpin Prefeasibility Study (PFS) work before the end of 2026. To support this, an initial 5,000m of RC drilling will be completed proximal to Ouarigue.
Many Peaks is planning to continue drilling through the wet season, targeting over 60km of drilling in 2H 2026 across Ferké, Odienné, and Baga, and will be drilling aggressively into 2027.
As follow up on its 2025 drill results, Many Peaks has engaged GéoSciences Côte d’Ivoire for GAIP data acquisition and Terra Resources in Perth for processing and interpretation work.
Many Peaks Minerals is an Australian exploration company focused on gold projects in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa.
