Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY) announces its cash position exceeds $7 million, after completing the second tranche of a placement with Tribeca Capital.
The company says it “greatly appreciates” Tribeca’s ongoing commitment and the confidence they contribute to show in the US mine-to-market strategy.
In August 2025, the company appointed Tribeca as a strategic advisor to support its critical minerals growth strategy in the US.
As part of the appointment, Tribeca will support Locksley by facilitating introductions to potential advisory board members and funding agencies, as well as establishing relationships to strengthen the company’s positioning in the US critical minerals sector.
The company says it is all about driving towards a “100% made in America product”, with the goal to position Locksley as the US beachhead for mining, sourcing and processing of antimony, as previously reported.
Locksley Resources is a US-focused critical minerals explorer targeting rare earths and antimony.
