Locksley drives growth strategy with Tribeca appointment

Locksley Resources (ASX:LKY) has appointed Tribeca Capital as a strategic advisor, to support the company’s critical minerals growth strategy in the US.

As part of the appointment, Tribeca will support Locksley by facilitating introductions to potential advisory board members and funding agencies, as well as establishing relationships to strengthen the company’s positioning in the US critical minerals sector.

Locksley recently listed on the OTCQB Venture Market in the US, as part of its broader strategy to advance its critical minerals focus within a US jurisdiction which is increasingly prioritising domestic rare earth and antimony supply chains, as reported

Tribeca will also support the company in identifying collaboration opportunities and enhance Locksley’s access to international investor networks and government funding programs.

Chairman Nathan Lude says the appointment marks another milestone in positioning the company at the forefront of the US and global push for secure, sustainable supply chains.

“Their expertise and reach across the critical minerals, technologies, and international networks will be invaluable as we progress our projects and pursue downstream opportunities,” Lude says.

Tribeca Capital Head of Corporate Advisory Scott Clements says the company is executed to partner with Locksley Resources at a time when critical minerals are central to the global energy transition.

“With our global network and experience working with innovative companies and technologies, we look forward to supporting Locksley’s strategy and helping position the company as a key player in this vital sector,” Clements says.

Locksley, which has a market capitalisation of $32.1 million, plans to secure approvals from the Bureau of Land Management for its expanded plan of operations in September 2025.

Once secured, the company can begin drilling at the Mojave Project in California, US.

The company is also completing integration of recent geological modelling and previous surface sampling activities, with the aim of determining an exploration target ahead of drill testing.

Locksley will also engage with metallurgical consultants to develop testwork flowsheets for Mojave, targeting recovery and upgrade of rare earths and antimony.

Upon completion, a drilling program at the Desert Antimony Mine, located within Mojave, will begin. The initial results are anticipated to be returned in Q4 2025.

Locksley Resources is a mineral explorer focused primarily on critical minerals and base metals in Australia and the US. The company’s flagship Mojave Project comprises 250 claims across two prospect areas.
