Kaili delivers rare earth drilling results

Kaili Resources (ASX:KLR) reports rare earth element assay results from its July 2026 aircore drilling program at the Coodalya Project in South Australia.

The company completed 16 holes for 261m at the Mallee Project, returning a peak result of 1,125.51 parts per million (ppm) total rare earth oxide (TREO) from hole 26CDAC023. Five samples exceeded 300ppm TREO.

Intercepts include 1m at 1,125.51ppm TREO from 15m and 1m at 350.23ppm TREO from 16m in hole 26CDAC023, 1m at 428.84ppm TREO from 15m in hole 26CDAC025, and 1m at 361.91ppm TREO from 6m in hole 26CDAC030.

The rare earth elements are contained within fine clay fractions of tertiary-aged strandlines in the Murray Basin, representing an ionic clay style deposit. The tenement sits about 200km east of Adelaide and overlies the Loxton/Parilla Sands formation.

The drilling followed up results reported in October 2025 and March 2026, targeting the north-east corner of the Coodalya tenement.

“Five samples were greater than 300ppm TREO to a maximum of 1,125.51ppm TREO, which adds to an area of elevated TREO results west of the locality of Alburdin,” Principal Geologist Mark Derriman says.

Kaili plans infill and extension drilling along road verges ahead of more closely spaced drilling within freehold land parcels adjacent to current drill sites.
