Hi-View Resources (CSE:GXLD) has completed the acquisition of the Saunders and Nub projects in the Toodoggone District of British Columbia, Canada.
Both projects lie 300km northeast of Smithers and 30km north of the Kemess copper-gold porphyry complex, operated by Centerra Gold (TSX:CG).
As previously reported, Hi-View signed an option agreement to buy multiple projects, which host a series of historical occurrences representing porphyry copper-gold, carbonate-hosted skarn, and epithermal gold-silver mineralisation settings.
CEO Nick Horsley says the company is actively unpacking and interpreting historical data to unlock Saunders’ full potential.
“Meanwhile, the Nub property features an under-explored magnetic anomaly offset by northwest faulting, presenting a compelling opportunity for modern, systematic exploration in the Toodoggone district,” Horsley says.
“Importantly, Hi-View has no work commitments on any of its outstanding options, which provides us with flexibility to aggressively pursue results and prioritise high-impact exploration activities.”
At Saunders, Hi-View has identified a historical induced polarisation survey that delineated an anomaly subsequently drill tested. The company is digitising this legacy data to evaluate whether the historical drilling adequately targeted the chargeability anomaly.
At Nub, the highest priority exploration target is a magnetic anomaly located at valley bottom in close proximity to the Hazleton and Stuhini group unconformity, commonly referred to as the ‘red-line’.
Hi-View Resources is a mineral explorer focused on gold, silver, and copper discoveries in British Columbia.
