Hi-View Resources (CSE:HVW) has signed an option agreement to buy multiple new projects, covering 1,912.46 hectares, in the Toodoggone District of British Columbia, Canada.
The portfolio of projects hosts a series of historical occurrences representing porphyry copper-gold, carbonate-hosted skarn, and epithermal gold-silver mineralisation settings.
As part of the deal, Hi-View will issue C$200,000 ($222,974) worth of shares, as well as C$350,000 cash in three installments.
Upon exercising the option, the optioners will be granted a 2.5% net smelter return royalty on the project.
CEO Nick Horsley says the claims cover a wide range of mineralisation, from copper-gold porphyry systems to skarn and epithermal gold-silver prospects, all rooted in the Toodoggone’s well-established geological setting.
“Their proximity to advanced projects held by Thesis Gold, TDG Gold, and Sun Summit enhances their strategic significance, positioning Hi-View to play a pivotal role in the potential consolidation of this prolific mineral belt,” Horsley says.
“As we explore these new assets, we’re dedicated to maximising the potential of our flagship Golden Stranger Project.”
Hi-View also recently completed a work program on the main block of the Golden Stranger Project and the Eastern Block.
As a result, the company uncovered a new copper zone. Ground magnetics and very low frequency surveys also uncovered a northwest-trending magnetic low, interpreted to be a structural trend extending over 2km.
Additional work is in progress, which will include structural mapping of the main Golden Stranger target and along the northwest structural corridor hosting the new copper zone and the 2024 Gold Acquaintance zone.
