Hi-View Resources (CSE:GXLD) now fully owns its 30,635-hectare Toodoggone package after making all final payments on its optioned properties in British Columbia, Canada.
As announced on 27 August 2025, the company has made the final payment of C$200,000 ($201,910) and issued 434,783 common shares to the vendor. No further payments remain outstanding.
The Toodoggone land package is prospective for gold, silver, and copper.
CEO R Nick Horsley says the company now fully controls the ground and expects its exploration data to help identify promising targets.
“We are now in full control of over 30,000 hectares of highly prospective ground in the Toodoggone District. Once all of our assays and data are interpreted, I believe we will have some of the highest-quality porphyry targets in the camp,” Horsley says.
“It has long been our belief that the Toodoggone region will eventually be recognised as one of the richest mineral belts in North America, and Hi-View will directly benefit from its aggressive acquisition strategy and grassroots exploration to date.”

Hi-View’s 2026 work program covered 10 target areas. This included 63.78 line-kilometres of induced polarisation (IP) surveying, a 250km² MobileMT survey, 3,251 soil samples, 337 rock samples, and about 12km² of geological mapping.
The Borealis and Lawyers targets received the largest share of work, with 41.54 line-kilometres of IP and 2,346 soil samples combined.
Hi-View names Borealis, Lawyers East, and Black Pearl as priority targets, each with existing anomalies. Other properties in the package include Golden Stranger, Saunders, Oxide Summit, Nub, Ursus, Garnet, Junkers, and Harmon Peak.
Samples are currently with ALS Global Laboratory in Vancouver for analysis. Hi-View plans to combine assay results with IP and mapping data to rank targets. The company will report results once received, reviewed, and verified.
Hi-View Resources is a Canadian mineral explorer holding a 100% interest in more than 30,635 hectares in the Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia.
