GoldInxs Mining (TSX-V:INXS) has completed a C$1.54 million ($1.56 million) IPO, with the proceeds partly earmarked for exploration and drilling at its Fishpot property in British Columbia, Canada.
The IPO comprised 15.45 million units issued at C$0.10 each. Each unit consists of one common share and half a warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.20 for 24 months.
GoldInxs’ shares began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) on 22 July but were immediately halted as a procedural requirement. The company says it expects trading to resume on or about 24 July under the symbol INXS.
Sole agent Haywood Securities received a cash commission of C$123,584 and 1.24 million broker warrants exercisable at C$0.10 for 24 months. It also received a C$60,000 corporate finance fee paid through the issuance of units.
Following the IPO, GoldInxs has 35.14 million common shares on issue.
The company says it plans to use the net proceeds for exploration at Fishpot, listing and offering costs, property maintenance payments, general and administrative expenses, and working capital.
Planned exploration includes an induced polarisation survey in August, followed by up to 2,000m of drilling to test targets generated through geological, geochemical, and geophysical work completed in 2025.
“Completing our IPO and commencing trading on the TSX Venture Exchange marks a defining milestone for GoldInxs and provides the initial capital intended to advance exploration at our Fishpot property,” CEO Nick Michael says.
The company has also granted two million options to officers, directors, and consultants. The options vest immediately and are exercisable at C$0.10 per share for five years.
GoldInxs has entered a 12-month investor relations agreement with Investing News Network for C$48,000 and a month-to-month media and content marketing agreement with Mining.com.au’s parent company, Mayfair Media Operations, for C$3,890 per month.
GoldInxs Mining, an early-stage gold exploration company based in Vancouver, Canada, also holds the Millar property in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle region.
