Giant Mining strikes deal with Haywood for C$5 million

Giant Mining (CSE:BFG) has entered into an equity distribution agreement with Haywood Securities, offering up to C$5 million ($5.43 million).

The funds will be used towards the continuation of a drilling program on the Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Nevada, US.

Under the deal, Giant Mining will be entitled to sell a certain number of shares through Haywood as the sole and exclusive placement agent.

The sale of the shares will be made through at-the-market distributions.

As previously reported, Giant Mining undertook an artificial intelligence-driven phase two exploration program at Majuba Hill. The program will build upon phase one activities, as well as leverage a porphyry-driven, magmatic hydrothermal breccia model to unlock the district-scale potential at the project.

The Majuba Hill Project benefits from a strong foundation in all areas. Its existing infrastructure provides an advantage, offering cost-savings compared to more remote projects.

Giant Mining is a copper, silver, and gold explorer primarily focused on discoveries within the Majuba Hill district, including its project that covers 151 square-miles and consists of extensive mineral and surface rights held by private ownership, patented mining claims, and Federal Lode Mining claims.
