EV Resources strengthens US strategy with MineMaker

EV Resources (ASX:EVR) has entered into a framework engagement with MineMaker, a specialised US strategic advisory and marketplace platform to accelerate EV Resources’ goal of becoming a leading near-term supplier of antimony to the North American market.

Based in New York, MineMaker will be assisting to align EV Resources’ assets with US defence and supply chain security initiatives, including identifying and securing non-dilutive funding through US government programs which aim to onshore critical minerals supply chains.

MineMaker is led by Peter Finan, a lawyer with over 20 years experience in industry advisory.

CEO Mike Brown says that the partnership with MineMaker is a “decisive step toward establishing EVR as a key player in the North American antimony supply chain”.

“Their team’s deep relationships within the US government and their technical understanding of the critical minerals landscape will be invaluable as we move our assets in Mexico and Nevada toward production,” Brown says.

“We are focused on pursuing non-dilutive funding pathways and permitting timelines that allow us to scale rapidly while protecting shareholder equity.

“Given the evolving geopolitical landscape and the urgent US mandate to secure domestic supply, this is an ideal window to formalise our engagement with agencies such as the DOE and DoW to derisk our permitting and development timelines.”

EV Resources is a critical minerals and development company, focused on the North American antimony supply chain.
