Element79 spinout Synergy begins CSE trading

Element79 Gold (CSE:ELEM) announces that its spinout company Synergy Metals has commenced trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the symbol ‘SYN’.

The listing follows the completion of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) between Element79 and Synergy. Synergy’s common shares began trading yesterday, 26 August.

Synergy holds 98 claims covering approximately 1,980 hectares in the Swayze Greenstone Belt through its Dale Project. The project has seen limited modern exploration and no drilling to date, despite being located in a belt that has produced gold for a century.

CEO Michael Smith says the spinout creates two focused investment stories for shareholders.

“This is a good day for Element79 shareholders. They keep everything they held in our Nevada assets and now hold shares in a separately listed company built around Dale — two focused stories and two sets of catalysts, each free to pursue its own strategy and its own capital,” Smith says.

“Dale has always deserved a dedicated company and dedicated capital, and as of today it has both.”

Located in Ontario, Canada, the Dale Project sits 100km southwest of Timmins in the Porcupine Mining District.

Smith notes the listing provides Synergy with a platform to consider additional projects alongside Dale as opportunities arise.

Element79 retains a position in Synergy, allowing shareholders to continue participating in Dale’s development. The arrangement allows the company to focus on its portfolio in Nevada, US, anchored by the Gold Mountain and Elephant projects in the Battle Mountain Trend.

Synergy’s listing statement dated 20 August 2026 is available on the company’s SEDAR+ profile and CSE profile page.

Element79 Gold is focused on the exploration and development of its portfolio of gold assets in Nevada.
