Dart Mining (ASX:DTM) is running a bonus options offer for shareholders, concurrent with its ongoing placement offer and broker offer to fund drilling at its flagship Triumph Gold Project and the Coonambula Antimony-Gold Project in central Queensland.
The bonus offer entitles eligible holders to engage in one new option per every eight shares held as of 25 August 2025.
Options will be exercisable at $0.0034 to expire on 31 October 2028, intended for trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
As reported by Mining.com.au, Dart is actively raising $2.86 million with up to 841.18 million options available for participants, brokers, and advisors through the ongoing placement.
The placement is expected to open on 26 August before closing later that week on 29 August.
Dart completed the acquisition of Triumph in December 2024, establishing its footprint within Queensland with an ‘advanced’ intrusion gold system project.
The company returned a JORC-compliant resource estimate of the project in March this year, hosting 2.16 million tonnes @ 2.17 grams per tonne gold for 150,000 ounces of gold at a cut off of 1g/t gold.
Dart Mining is an Australian explorer focused on discovering precious and critical minerals along the eastern coast of Australia.
