Copper One Resources (CSE:CEXY) has returned ‘high-grade’ copper results from underground sampling at its flagship Majuba Hill Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Nevada, US.
Sample MHR-793 returned 10.5% copper (Cu) and 188 parts per million (ppm) silver (Ag) from a recent underground breccia mapping program within the historic Middle Adit in Pershing County.
The company collected samples from 15 locations to characterise breccia textures, with MHR-793 and adjacent sample MHR-794 targeting oxide copper described as azurite within magmatic-hydrothermal, intrusive breccias.
President and CEO David Greenway says Majuba Hill has entered an ‘exciting’ new phase with drilling underway on the company’s initial ExploreTech AI-designed core hole.
“Recent underground mapping within the historic Middle Adit has strengthened our geological model by confirming breccia-hosted copper mineralisation and its relationship to surface structures,” Greenway says.
“By combining detailed field geology with AI-assisted exploration tools, we continue refining drill targets and improving the precision of our exploration program.
“These results provide additional confidence in our current drill program as we evaluate the extent and continuity of the mineralised breccia system.”
The 2026 spring mapping program confirmed the known northeast-trending breccia system. It also identified a previously underreported north-northwest-trending breccia corridor to refine structural targets for the ongoing 2026 drill program.
Copper One has positioned its planned drill site to drill below the Middle Adit rock samples and test the southern extension of the hydrothermal-magmatic breccias.
Previous drill holes intersected ‘high-grade’ mineralisation, including 44.5m @ 1.41% Cu and 97.6ppm Ag and 115.7m @ 0.33% Cu and 16.97ppm Ag.
The 9,684-acre Majuba Hill property is located about 113km southwest of Winnemucca and hosts a large copper-silver-gold mineralised system that remains open for additional evaluation.
Copper One Resources is focused on identifying, acquiring, and advancing copper, copper-silver-gold, and copper-molybdenum projects across North America.
